In the last 24 hours, there have been 14,878 diagnosed cases of the infection with coronavirus in Slovenia, and the infection has taken nine more lives, bringing the death toll to 5,844, the national institute of public health reported on Saturday.
The share of positive tests was 72.1%.
Currently there are 160,899 active cases, the institute said.
There are now 726 hospitalised patients and of them, 127 are in intensive care wards.
Slovenia's seven-day incidence rate per 100,000 stands now at 14,121.
