The 31st edition of the World Festival of Animated Film (Animafest) will kick off on Monday evening at the opening ceremony to be held in Zagreb's SC Kino cinema theatre.

Oglas

The opening ceremony includes the screening of "Kill It and Leave This Town", a 2020 Polish animated psychological horror film created by Polish animator Mariusz Wilczyński.

The festival, which will run through 12 June, brings together more than 150 distinguished animation artists from Croatia and abroad.

Nearly 350 films will be screened during the festival.
