Nine suspected members of the so-called 'Islamic State' (ISIS) terrorist organisation will soon be deported to Bosnia and Herzegovina, the State Security Minister Dragan Mektic confirmed for N1, on Tuesday.

“Bosnia had issued international arrest warrants for these people, earlier and the implementation of this project is underway. After the arrival of the nine suspects, they will be handed over for further processing,” Mektic told N1.

Some local and regional media outlets reported earlier that the suspects are charged with terrorism.

Bosnia’s Prosecution could not comment on the matter and their Spokesperson said they will have a “public announcement once the conditions are met.”
