Coronavirus: Slovenia reports 2,412 new cases, 34 deaths

In the past 24 hours Slovenia has done almost 15,000 PCR and rapid antigen tests, with 2,412 coming back positive, and 34 Covid-19 patients have died.

Out of 6,011 PCR tests, 1,815 have returned positive while out of 8,732 tests, 597 tests have come back positive, the Health Ministry said on Thursday.

There are currently 1,443 active cases and 1,172 hospitalised patients, including 209 in intensive care.

The death toll has reached 2,665.
