Suica: With present trends, EU will soon represent only 4% of world population

If the present demographic trend continues, the share of Europeans in the world will drop from the present six percent to four percent, European Commission Vice-President for Demography Dubravka Suica told the Croatian state news agency Hina in Strasbourg, where she attended a conference on the future of Europe in the European Parliament this weekend.
