First vaccine-related fatality in Croatia confirmed

After more than 2.2 million Croatians have been vaccinated against Covid-19, the Croatian regulator Halmed confirmed on Tuesday the first vaccination-related fatality, a 33-year-old man who had died after receiving one shot of the AstraZeneca vaccine. Pročitaj više
