The Karlovac-based GTG gas company has become part of the Slovenian Istrabenz Group which is expanding its connectivity and strengthening its market position for technical gases in the region, the Slovenian group reported on Monday.
Istrabenz gas has successfully completed its merger with the Slovenian-based GTG plin and Ardoks companies as well as GTG plin in Croatia and as such, it has confirmed its position on the market of technical gases, a press release said.
The press release further notes that the merger with GTG plin and Ardox will open new opportunities and greater potential for its further growth, with the support of new investments by the group.
Istrabenz plini General Director Aldo Srabotic was quoted as saying that the merger is a big step for the group, which will significantly contribute to the group’s further development.
“This integration will enable us all, stability on the market and long term growth. Connecting with all stakeholders makes us stronger and the exchange of know-how and experiences will facilitate new development achievements,” Srabotic said.
The Istrabenz plini company supplies gas while its comprehensive energy solutions are available to consumers in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia.
The group’s portfolio encompasses providing supplies of technical gas, natural gas and operating distribution systems, liquified petroleum gas and energy deliveries.
