Regional Development and EU Minister Gabrijela Zalac said on Monday she had offered her resignation to Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic, following a traffic accident in which a ten-year girl was injured after being hit by the car driven by Zalac, who was driving without a valid license.
The fact that the minister was behind the wheels without a valid license triggered condemnation and demands for her resignation.
