The Fortenova food and agriculture group has concluded the sale of Aviva Polyclinic to Provectus Capital Partners (PCP), Fortenova said on Tuesday without revealing the value of the transaction.

With this transaction, Fortenova Group is successfully bringing to a completion the process of disinvestment of companies that are not part of its core business, CEO Fabris Perusko said.

“We are very pleased with the overall realisation of this project because for all our non-core companies we have found good partners that will develop their future business. At the same time, this will allow Fortenova to create a focused portfolio and strengthen its capital structure,” Perusko said.

PCP will continue investing in the business growth of Aviva, which should take the central role in its plans to consolidate the private health sector in Croatia.
